By adding Toshiba to our portfolio, we can greatly improve the number of customers we can reach each day, said Russell Giniger, SVP Sales for MyTechHelp. Toshiba provides a wide range of products and MyTechHelp agents can easily support any one of them.

MyTechHelp Expansion Efforts to Support a Growing Brand Portfolio
MyTechHelps capability to support a growing portfolio of brands is due to its aggressive expansion efforts. With the help of computer schools like New Horizons, MyTechHelp aims to add at least 200 technical support agents who can provide technical help, sales and customer service.
“We would love to add 500 over the next six months. We’re looking to grow as fast as we can,” said Meredith Jimenez, who heads corporate development for parent firm Saveology.
