Prior to joining Burstorm, Mr. Toro was the CIO for Grupo Posadas, a global leader in the hospitality industry. He led Posadas migration project to the cloud from five disparate data centers to a world-class Cloud service model -- a move that eliminated operational bottlenecks, increased application availability, performance and security, and transformed the business model from Capex to Opex. Today, Posadas IT organization leverages the Cloud to dedicate its resources to innovation and to strengthening the company value proposition to the market.
Leopoldo joins a seasoned executive team including former Oracle OnDemand President and current Stanford lecturer and Cloud computing author, Timothy Chou who serves as Burstorms Chairman, and 20-year+ Silicon Valley IT Sales and Services veteran, Brandon Abbey, Founder and CEO.

Before Posadas, Toro was the Managing Director for AltiusPAR Solutions, a software and distribution Software-as-a-Service firm with customers in the US, Europe and Latin America. Under Toro, AltiusPAR developed and delivered a suite of integrated offerings including call center bookings, revenue management, loyalty programs, property management systems, business intelligence, CRM and a distribution platform connected to major electronic distributors such as Expedia, Booking.com and Global Distribution Systems.
